A lot has changed in the last 6 years and today Honduras produces some of the world's finest lots.
Back in 2009 and 2010, we picked up some of the first Honduras Cup of Excellence coffees that were imported into Australia. This lot from El Filio was to this day one of the most memorable cups I have ever tasted and was a stunning example of the potential for Honduras to compete against the best in the world.
In the late 2016, we picked up some incredible micro lots from an award winning estate in Honduras. These 3 lots cupped 87, 88 and 89 points at the cupping table.
