Can I pickup or collect my order from your address ?

We operate from secure industrial facility located in the outer areas of Melbourne and unfortunately we are unable to provide services for customers to collect or pickup orders.

How long does it take to process my order ?

As an online only service, we are sharply focused on managing customer orders throughout the day for dispatch in the afternoon. It's a 24/7 thing for us.

3pm each workday is a general cut-off period for most orders, however, we will continue to process orders right up to and including the moment our shipping partners are picking up parcels from our premises. 

We understand that speed is everything, so we always try our best to push orders out fast to avoid delays in parcels arriving - every day counts.

It's important to be aware that our freight providers may collect earlier or later on any given day and it can vary depending upon the provider.

For safety, please ensure you place orders well before 2pm in case a courier collects from our premises earlier.

We will always process your orders as fast as possible, we have a large dedicated team that monitors, picks, packs and lodges parcesl and in most cases your order will leave our warehouse the same day (note that freight works only on business days) if your order received and paid before 3pm.

If you have paid by Bank Transfer and the funds have not cleared our account, your order will ship as soon as payment is received. We regularly monitor Bank transfer payments throughout the day.

In the rare case for an out-of-stock roasted coffee product, the item will be fresh roasted on the next roast schedule (either later that evening or early next morning) for shipment on the upcoming cycle.

Do you send samples ?

Please kindly note that we do not send out samples of our products and we do not break down packs into smaller smaller bags.

We have coffee roasted and sealed in the smallest size of 500g packs - if you are interested in a particular coffee please keep in mind that pack sizes smaller than 500g of coffee may not provide a true indicator of overall product quality, e.g. you will need more than 150g and in some cases more than 250g of coffee to properly dial in your coffee grinder and ensure that stale retained and residual grounds from the previously used coffees in your equipment are properly flushed through - this purging can require at least 100g.

Dropshipping or 3rd Party Services

We do not offer Dropshipping, Private Label or Contract coffee solutions - under any circumstances.

Any external web sites claiming we offer drop-shipping services are in fact publishing information about us without our permission or consent and should not be relied upon as fact.
