• The benefits of Green tea are well known, treat yourself to a calming, healthy brew.
• Recommended preparation: Brew for 1-3 minutes at 65-75°C water with a loose-leaf tea infuser. Please be careful not to use fully boiling water, as it may reduce the final flavour or taste.
• Our suggested dosage is one teaspoon per 150ml cup.
