Milk Cleaner

This product is a 1-litre bottle of Cafetto's excellent Milk Cleaning solution.

Milk Cleaning solution is essential for steam wands, milk jugs, auto-cappuccino frothers and milk lines for automatic coffee machines.

Heating milk for coffee quickly causes residues to build up and block milk delivery systems.

The fats in milk expand and stick to just about everything. 

Residue buildup in milk lines or wands can quickly lead to unpleasant odour blockages, creating a severe risk of bacterial contamination that requires treatment.

The milk cleaning solution is an alkaline-based liquid to dissolve built-up dairy residues.

It will extend the life of your automatic machine and assist in preventing breakdowns, blockages or unnecessary expensive service visits.

This product effectively cleans your automatic coffee machine and milk parts without damage.

How to Use:

Mix 50 ml of solution with 1 litre of water - please ensure you carefully read the instructions on the product.

Auto Frothers:

After running the milk cleaner solution through frothing devices, repeat the process twice with fresh water to remove any residual chemicals effectively.

Soak all milk lines and frothing components once a week for 30 minutes in a mixture of hot water and solution. Remember to ensure you rinse thoroughly afterwards in fresh water to remove residues.

Steam Wands:

Mix the diluted cleaning solution in a milk jug with hot water.

Turn the steam on and off for one minute, allowing the solution to work up the steam arm.

Repeat the process twice with fresh water.
